The food and service were amazing. Everyone is extremely friendly. The rooms were very clean and restocked everyday. The houses were super nice as well. I highly recommend staying here for any occasion!

Quiet, Peaceful, Relaxing
My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary in this place called paradise for 7 days. It’s exactly what we were looking for quiet, peaceful, relaxing. The food was all amazing. Mostly I would like to thank Molly and her family, whole staff for being so fun, friendly and accommodating to all our needs. I felt like we had a new family when we left and said our goodbyes. Stayed at the Bluff house in Green Turtle Cay with 4 boats and numerous Yacht Club members. Rooms were excellent A/C very cool ..yay .. Stayed in waterfront Villa overlooking Sea of Abaco.. Close to Beach with fine dining Tiki nearby .. Food was excellent, even had 22 Yacht Club members for dinner up at the Restaurant … Delicious .. awesome menu .. Had the Conch with Mac and cheese.. We love Bluff House Resort and Marina!!
In June 2023 we docked our 34 foot sailboat SweetT at Bluff House Marina for about a week, and then also again in early July. The marina is fantastic, in perfect condition. The dock hands helping us dock were experienced and extremely helpful. I don’t have a bow thruster, the wind was up and it was just me and my wife, so their expert help was so appreciated. We enjoyed the bar and resturant big time and the Tranquil Turtle was a great place to relax and enjoy the beach. Honorable mention regarding the ribs and Pina Colada’s. We love Bluff House Resort and Marina!!

I stayed at Bluff House on a friends boat my first time in Abaco 25 years ago. We enjoyed our stay so much we purchased an ownership interest in a house in the neighborhood 20 years ago. We loved that so much we bought a cruising boat and spend most of our time in Abaco at Bluff House. Molly and the crew are truly amazing. They make us feel like family and strive to always exceed our expectations. An example of how special they are a long time family friend selected Bluff House to propose to his future wife on the beach. We also had the celebration party at resort restaurant and marina. The food and service is great. Some of our best memories have been at Bluff House and Green Turtle Cay. Thank you Bluff House crew and the citizens of Green Turtle Cay!!!

Little Island Bliss
Our stay at Bluff house was perfection. Upon arrival, our room was ready including a golf cart the coordinated to have delivered to the hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and had the most amazing view. And the bedding! Get ready for some of the most restful sleep you have ever had. Don’t miss the live music on Thursday’s – the one man band had the crowd up and dancing. The food at the Boathouse was delicious — great fresh ingredients and tasty preparation. Highly recommend! We also did a snorkel tour with Brendal’s dive center- don’t miss this. Beautiful reefs and a great way to see the island by water. But overall Molly and her staff quickly make you feel at home and make it difficult to want to leave. Bluff house is the perfect mix of relaxation and good ol’ fashioned island fun!

Life is better at Bluff House
Life is better at the Bluff House. I had the pleasure of staying for 2 nights. I could stay all day in the bed if it wasn’t for the views and ocean calling my name. Molly, Kevin and the entire team made sure we were always taken care of. I had a great evening at the Boathouse. The entire restaurant and bar was living for the live music, singing and dancing the night away together. In the morning, I’d recommend the lobster Benedict. It was delicious! Thank you to the Bluff House for making this trip one to remember. I hope to come back soon!

Fantastic Stay
We just completed a month’s stay at the marina. We had a fantastic stay. Everything from the staff, shout out to Molly, Cha and Michela, the facilities, food and fun. They all really go above and beyond to make your stay even more enjoyable. If you haven’t been to GTC, go! The Bluff House is an excellent spot with its own beach and 2 restaurants/bars. It is a short dingy, bike or walk over to GT Club and the ‘downtown’ for grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants and more exploring.

A little piece of paradise
I cannot say enough good things about the facilities and staff at the Bluff House. I planned an anniversary party in November 2022, and I chose the Bluff House in part because I had worked with Molly on my wedding eleven years ago. She did not disappoint this time, either. She was both professional and approachable in planning. Then, when the weather did not cooperate with my plans, she was courteous and flexible in helping me create an experience that was absolutely beautiful even though it was not what I had initially planned. Living in paradise presents numerous challenges, and the staff at Bluff House meets them in style. Even if you are just planning a quiet vacation, the rooms are beautiful, the beaches are beautiful, and staff are unfailingly helpful and friendly.

End of Summer Get Away
We just returned from an amazing week at the Bluff House. It had been years since our last visit to Green Turtle and we were not disappointed. The second floor room overlooking the water was spectacular. The room was clean and spacious and the air conditioner worked!!! The food and service at both restaurants was excellent and Molly and the staff were helpful and accommodating. The absolute best part was the beach! There is no reason to go anywhere else. It has beautiful sand, tiki huts, food and drinks, chairs and an occasional chicken to entertain you. We look forward to our next trip.

Pretty perfect and fabulous destination
Our first time at Bluff House, Green Turtle Cay and it was amazing. The upper suites are spacious, luxurious and have all the little things that make a stay comfortable. The view over the Sea of Abaco is spectacular, as are the sunsets. Housekeeping staff are so friendly and accommodating, as are all the staff, from the Low Tide Gift Shop/Reception to The Boathouse Restaurant and the Tranquil Turtle Beach Bar where good food was always available. Our waitress Maddy at The Boathouse was fun, chatty and entertaining. The office staff are very helpful with ferry arrangements, taxis etc. Special mention for Tina and Hannah here. Molly oversees everything with a friendly efficiency that keeps the resort at the top notch it occupies. We rented a golf cart from T & A rentals who while not directly associated with the hotel, also provided a very efficient service. All in all our stay was pretty perfect and Green Turtle Cay is a fabulous destination.

Perfect Vacation
We were waiting hopefully for an opportunity to visit Green Turtle Cay after Dorian and stay at our favorite resort Bluff House. So we made the reservation in January for late May. I didn’t know what to expect but I was excited to be back. The island was buzzing, the harbors were full, the beaches gorgeous, the people as wonderful as ever. There are remnants of damage here and there especially as you get closer to New Plymouth but frankly most of the island looks just as marvelous as we remembered it. We were a little sad to see that Bluff House lost the hilltop clubhouse but we didn’t really miss it at all. Our room was beautiful, the beach was lovely and the Tranquil Turtle and Boathouse restaurants served a fine breakfast lunch and dinner menu with theme variations on occasion. If there is a large party having dinner you may wait a bit for your meal but the food always comes freshly prepared and delicious. There is also very nice bar selection. If you’re into pools the marina pool is lovely. Everything looks like new. We stayed in an Upper Suite as we usually had done and the room was spacious, comfortable and kept very clean. Great shower, basic amenities, nice fridge/coffee bar set-up, wonderful balcony with an incredible view. But we don’t go there just for the accommodations nice as they are, it’s the people who really make our stay wonderful. Absolutely everyone management and staff was so welcoming, helpful, and attentive you feel like you’re making new friends (or seeing old ones if you’ve been there before). The staff is never solicitous or imposing but always kind, professional and friendly. GTC is a special island where people support each other and its residents are happy to share their paradise with you. Do not hesitate to go. Drive your golf cart around, or bike or walk and exchange greetings with most everyone you pass. That’s just the way it is. Bluff House is back and we are happy and grateful for it.

Bluff House is Amazing
Cannot say enough good things about Bluff House. We will definitely go back. Molly (GM) is fantastic and really made us feel like family.

Restaurants – The Boathouse restaurant is brand new (rebuilt from Dorian) and the food and service was excellent. Head over the hill to Tranquil Turtle beach bar and the food is equally as good. At the restaurants, Maddie is an excellent server and if you go I would ask for her.

Beach – The beach area has a beautiful view and some games to play. Right next to the beach bar so you can grab a drink or some food.

We stayed in the hotel which is perfect for a couple or small family. The rooms are well maintained and also have fantastic water views. All in all we were sad to leave but can’t wait to go back. Thank you Bluff House for such an amazing stay.

I would recommend renting your golf cart before you come as they can be hard to come by. Ask for Marilyn at Sea Side Carts – she will take care of you.
If you decide to go fishing look up Snapper Jones. Marcus is awesome and will give you many options for an awesome day.

Building back better
The staff was amazing. The dock is complete, the office and gift shop open, and soon the restaurant. I was there for two weeks on our boat. Cha and Molly and the whole group made this a memorable stay. They are definitely building back better. Congrats to you guys and many thanks.

Amazing Honeymoon Spot
My husband and I spent our honeymoon here. Green Turtle Cay and the Bluff House are magical. Molly and staff were awesome and so helpful during our stay. We stayed in one of their upper level suites. It was absolutely beautiful and the view was – just something you should see for yourself. We ate (and drank) at the Tranquil Turtle a bunch of times while we were there. The food and cocktails were great (grouper BLT was my favorite). Green Turtle Cay was an amazing place to visit and the people were so friendly and welcoming. We hope to come back sometime in the not so distant future. While the whole area is stunning, in our opinion, Bluff House has the best spot on the island!

Bluff house was the place to stay on turtle cay! The accommodations were roomy with super comfortable beds! Molly and her team were outstanding hosts along with seaside golf cart rentals. They made our group gathering exciting and personalized. They are still in process of getting their main restaurant up and running and it will be a great addition. Spectacular staff, marvelous sunsets and a blissful location
Our group created the ultimate challenge for Molly and Staff. 23 Pilots in one group for our annual Bahamas Bash fly in. The folks at the Bluff House withstood the test and gave all of us a fine Bahamas welcome and experience. Food was great, staff was friendly and accommodating and the facilities are back once again. The ultimate was the honesty of all. I left half of my clothes, and I-pad and an envelope full of greenbacks in my room. They all arrived back at my home in the USA untouched. Now that is saying something.

Great Views!
Molly at Bluff House, and other staff, helped us plan an amazing trip! From helping with the golf carts, to booking a boat, getting needed supplies, and just overall very accommodating! Our villa was great, newly refreshed after the hurricane. Some of the island is still recovering, but they’re busy at work revitalizing their cute little paradise. Boat hopping is the best here! Having breakfast daily with the chickens that came to visit our porch was the best!

“My daughter and I just wrapped up a blissful stay at the Bluff House on Green Turtle Cay. Accommodations were clean and bright with entrance and porch facing the sea. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful – they extended themselves before arrival to ensure we had what we needed while on the island. Just terrific, friendly, competent services. White sand beach outside your door …. The Tranquil Turtle restaurant on-site made for great lunch and dinners. Mahi burgers, conch fritters, grilled shrimp…. Made to order.”

Don’t hesitate, just go! If you are looking for a tranquil, private resort with incredible views, a secluded beach, and the friendliest and most helpful staff, this is the place for you. You can get assistance from the front desk for boat charters, golf cart rentals, ferry scheduling, etc; they are super accommodating and friendly, making the vacation experience seamless and relaxed. Highly recommend this gem with some of the best views in GTC!

Thank heavens for the Bluff House & their staff
Thank heavens for the Bluff House and their staff. Stranded on the island with a Covid positive test and could not travel. What amazing service! They went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed including meals to the room and a complementary night. Staff brought extra towels, bottled water, extra coffee without charge and checked in with us every day to make sure we had everything we needed. They offered their services at all hours, even when the office and restaurant was closed. Molly even offered to bring breakfast because their restaurant doesn’t do breakfast and we could not travel freely. These people feel like family and treat you the same way. I could not have asked for a better experience at a difficult time. The rooms are remodeled and spacious and the view breathtaking! Bluff House rules!

Christmas and New Years in the Bahamas
It has been a couple weeks since we left Green Turtle Cay and I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our vacation. The Bluff House worked out perfect for our group. The staff, food, view, and accommodations were awesome. Sunset House was just what we needed. Christmas and New Years in the Bahamas were the ideal way to celebrate the holidays. The people of GTC couldn’t have been nicer. Thank you and your staff for making it special. While we had heard of Dorian’s damage, its impact on the Abacos was worse than we imagined. All of us were impressed, though, with the rebuilding progress and the residents’ spirit to recover. Take care and It won’t surprise me if a few in our party revisit GTC. Hopefully Bluff House will have an opening.

Wonderful trip to Bluff House
Just got back from a wonderful trip to Bluff House in Green Turtle Cay. It was AMAZING. The views, room, food, and staff were perfect. It is a little piece of paradise. We had the most perfect view of the Abaco Sea every day. Food and drinks were delicious, well-prepared, and surprisingly quick. Flawless wedding with perfect service!
My son’s wedding was on Green Turtle Cay in the Bahamas this week and we held the rehearsal dinner and after dinner party at the Tranquil Turtle Restaurant through planning by Molly at the Bluff House. 1) the food and service were excellent, 2) my end of the planning was easy and we were given several options on food and drink – all of which were excellent and reasonably priced, and 3) it all came off flawlessly. We served about 40 for dinner and about 85 for the after dinner mixer and it worked great. I recommend them highly.

Weekend rest retreat
This past weekend my husband and I visited this property for some much needed R&R. This is my first time staying in Green Turtle since Dorian and Covid, 2 historic disasters to affect the island back to back. I must say I am so impressed with the resilience of this community that is being restored more beautiful and quaint than before. The resort is still stabilizing itself but despite the challenges of a “restart” offered an enjoyable and comfortable experience. The service staff was extremely helpful in being attentive to our requests from start to end. Special thank you and well deserved recognition goes to several members of the customer service team. Hannah for efficiency in handling our reservation. Renee for her attentiveness and genuine interest shown in our being satisfied during our stay. There also was gentleman who made sure any of our minor maintenance issues were responded too and resolved even working late in the night and on his day off (unfortunately we didn’t get his name). Not to be forgotten is Molly who showed her passion for hospitality in every way she could to ensure we would not leave this trip without it being an enjoyable and relaxing experience. I must also mention the breathtaking views the suites offer.

During our stay we met a couple next to our suite who were returning guests and commented on how happy tey were to be able to return and are enjoying the whole Green Turtle experience.

My recommendations if you want an Island escape, book Bluff House, make sure you reserve your golf cart early, have a Bay Breeze or two during happy hour, enjoy a delicious breakfast or Prime Rib at Green Turtle Club. Make sure you have several Goombay Smash, famous to the island.

You will not be disappointed if you need a quick or long restart and refresh like we did. We can’t wait to return!!!!

Best cracked conch and grouper sandwiches
After seeing the devastation from Hurricane Dorian and watching the build back better approach of the locals, it was incredible to once again enjoy the best cracked conch and grouper sandwiches at the Tranquil Turtle Beach Bar. I would highly recommend Bluff House.

Another Amazing Trip to the Bluff House
We’ve been taking our boat to the Bluff House Marina each year for the last six years. Each time we visit is better than the last. The Hospitality that Molly and the Bluff House Staff offers can’t be matched. Ballyhoo and the Tranquil Turtle both offer incredible local delicacies. Fine dining at night in the Ballyhoo, and casual dining overlooking the Sea of Abaco, a true island atmosphere. The Marina is well kept and one of the nicest in Abaco. The dock masters, Fernando and Andrew are fantastic. Anything you need, they will bend over backwards to get it for you. In 2017 & 2018 we stayed well over 30 days, and this year was only a week. We look forward to our 2020 trip to the Bluff House.

Amazing Wedding Venue
Our daughter was married at our home on Green Turtle Cay and had both the rehearsal dinner and wedding reception a the Bluff House. The rehearsal dinner included over 80 guests and was a beach BBQ at the Tranquil Turtle, the great beach bar at the Bluff House. The food was amazing and the evening included a huge bonfire on the beach. The following evening the wedding reception was held at the Ballyhoo restaurant at the Bluff House Marina. That setting was simply magical and the buffet which included local specialties was outstanding. Molly McIntosh, the Manager personally oversaw every detail of both events and made sure everything was perfect–it truly was a once in a lifetime event and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering a destination wedding!!

Gem in the Abacos
The Bluff House is a wonderful mixture of “off the grid” with comfort, charm and service. For boaters the full service marina gives you what you need and the resort’s land accommodations are excellent. Throw in a restaurant, a beach bar, and a great beach, and what else do you need? Finally, the staff is top notch. They will take care of all your needs and were very responsive. We were there for a destination beach wedding, and they could not have been more helpful.
