To receive a refund of your deposit, less a One-night cancellation fee, you must cancel 30 days or more in advance of your scheduled check in date. Cancellation less than 30 days will result in a credit of your deposit, minus the cancellation fee, to be used towards accommodations for up to 1 year from your original arrival date.

Daily: A 2-night deposit is required to confirm your reservation. To receive a refund of your deposit, less a One-night cancellation fee, you must cancel 48 hours or more in advance of your scheduled check in date. Cancellation less than 48 hours will result in a credit of your deposit, minus the cancellation fee, to be used towards dockage for up to 1 year from your original arrival date.

 

Long Term: A 7-night deposit is required to confirm your reservation and the balance of the first month is due at check in. For guests staying consecutive months utilities and dockage will be billed at the end of each month. To receive a refund of your deposit, less a $100 cancellation fee, you must cancel 7 days or more in advance of your scheduled check in date. Cancellation less than 7 days will result in your deposit being forfeited.
