Bluff House sits on 12 tropical acres of palms and pines stretching from White Sound to the Sea of Abaco with its own white sand beach. Bluff House was the first and is now the oldest resort in the Bahamas’s Out Islands.
With a hint of Caribbean and a mix of British West Indies, each of our eight spacious, air-conditioned suites has a balcony with stunning sunset and moonrise views of the Sea of Abaco. The only private beach on Green Turtle Cay is just steps away from your suite's front door. Welcome to your very own paradise.
From the Sea of Abaco, a channel (7′ MLW) leads you into White Sound Harbour’s entrance to our 40-slip marina. Decked with over 12,000 square feet of Ipe (a Brazilian teak), the marina is designed to allow each boat its own dock space and finger pier complete with Power, Water and free WI-FI connections.
The Boathouse Bar & Restaurant serves up a delicious breakfast and dinner six days a week. Dine outside on the harborside deck or inside our air-conditioned dining room with great water views.

The Tranquil Turtle Beach Bar is adjacent to our private beach and dock on the Sea of Abaco. Guests can swim, play volleyball, kayak, lounge on the beach and enjoy island food and drinks on the patio deck.
The Tranquil Turtle Beach Bar was voted #6 out of the Top 25 Beach Bars in the Caribbean.
Many a travel writer has described Bluff House as “The Perfect Hideaway,” where you can do as much, or as little, as you like. With crystal clear water and the third largest barrier reef in the world, you’ll find some of the best boating, scuba diving and fishing areas in the world.
